How do I Book a Property?
We have a complete online booking system. First you need to Request a Booking through our system that checks automatically the availability of the property and if the property is available it will take you automatically to the details and payment page.
Can I change my dates after I have already paid and confirmed my booking?
Once your booking is paid, you will receive a confirmation email from our website. In case you would like to change the dates, you need to send us a written request to check if the alternate period you chose is available or not.
Please note that changing the dates is subject to availability and tariff might change from period to another and depending on the season.
Can I ask for a refund once my booking is paid?

You can request booking, through our instant booking automated website, or Send an inquiry to get more details about the property.
How do I Contact you before making a booking request?
You can contact us through " Make request page " or go to " Contact us " page and contact us via email or phone numbers.
How do I know my request has been ACCEPTED or DECLINED?
Our system is fully automated. if the property is available and the payment processed successfully , the system will show you payment successful page and you will get a confirmation email from our side.
What if the calendar for the property I want shows that it is booked for the dates I require?
We can sometimes still accommodate you so please complete and submit our Enquiry form from the “Contact us” button on the website.
What forms of payment mode do you accept?
We Accept credit cards (Visa and Master Card only), PayPal Payments, Manager’s Cheque/ Pay Order, Draft, Cash and/or telegraphic transfer to our account.
How do you pay refunds?
How do I pay the Refundable Security/Breakage deposit?
Once you proceed to the payment page, security deposit will be added to the rental amount ($270 USD).
What do I do if I need a Visa for entry to Dubai?
Unfortunately we do not provide visa services; we recommend that you buy your flight tickets from Emirates Airline and ask them to issue your visa, either direct or via your travel agent. There will be a charge for this.
What Documents do I need to bring with me?
Like visiting any country you should be in possession of a valid passport and if required a valid visa for everyone in your party, however for checking in the property, you will only need to show the advertiser Original Passport of everyone in your party and give them a copy of the passport of the party leader only (Usually the person who has made the booking). To avoid delays in your check in, kindly make the copy/copies beforehand.
